Program | Kitchen


The kitchen is a center of Winter Term life. Student kitchen assistants help in all aspects during the Term, and we seek to share with all students traditional, Swiss specialties as well as favorite recipes from past years. All students rotate through the kitchen at least weekly on their chore rotation. We take great joy in sharing Lenk's local cheeses, fresh milk, organic produce, free-range eggs, and regional breads, and we teaches all Winter Termers to be mindful about what they eat while appreciating our local abundance of choice.
